Unlike many property or real estate firms Faqat Safi Real Estate operates on a high turnover approach, seeking to hold assets for short periods of time, generally in the region of three to six months.

Operating regions are generally emerging markets or recently derestricted economies where land ownership has opened to foreign nationals resulting in increasing property prices.

Critically we recognise the requirement for a permanent presence in each region in order to identify the right opportunities and not miss investments. In order to achieve this without the expense of a permanent office in each country we operate in close partnership with advisors in each region.
